2021Mixed Media & Procreate
Inspired by the History of LGBTQI+ & Feminism, this artwork was created by listening to documentaries of protests and videos of the people that made history and writing the words that were said by these people and historical figures, those words became the art. Basically, the research and the artwork were done simultaneously and then the colours were added after using Procreate. The result was a graffiti like visuals and with the rushing to write the words, it shows a sense of urgency. The words overlapping created texture and it entices the viewer to look closely to read and identify the words as if the viewer is doing the research himself.
